Background of Me

My name is Zheng Xu. I am an international student from China. I ultimately came to the United States to study business and to pursue a position in the professional business area.


I have a goal to be a successful businessman; I will study, practice, and strive to achieve it. I believe that I am created to be in business. I am an outgoing person and I enjoy interacting with others. I love smiling because smiles give me confidence and ease the pressure. Whenever I smile to others, they will smile to me. We both feel happy and harmonious. As the reason for my disposition, I prefer to cooperate with people instead of working alone. Cooperation is fun not only in the final outcome, but also is learning from each other and making new friends. I believe that two heads are better than one. Just as the emergence of a global village, advanced communications make people more closely related, Teamwork greatly improves efficiency and results. I not only participate in organizations, but also I try to be the executive leader in the organizations. Leadership is not the powerful symbol, but a symbol of responsibility.

I also have my strengths. I had an internship in China Petroleum Finance Co. Ltd. International Trade last summer. I have my own Chinese stock account from two years ago and average yield rate is 23.7%. I’m an excellent entrepreneur. I created a website forum called 2nd home(http://2ndhome.xclub.cn/home.asp), It’s mainly for Chinese university students studying in the United States, Like a Chinese student alliance, currently has four universities already join our Organization (Miami University, Ohio State University, University of Michigan，University of Pittsburgh). There are more than 20 Miami students in my working group including the CSSFA incumbent president and last president. Since I am a international student from China, I found more and more Chinese young people come to the United States to complete their college career. The group of international students will be a unique and valuable customer base, they have more spending power and potential price. Web sites through advertising, agency company (tickets, travel, student training) to make revenue. We will give most of these revenue back to the partner organization as allowance.
